Unable to vote at 4.4vote value - eSteem #318

Expected behavior

Posts should be voted even if the Vote value is set to 1%.

Actual behavior

When you set your Vote value to <7 specifically to 4.4, and click on post to upvote, it displays error Broadcast error, try again! Illegal value.

How to reproduce

Open the App
Navigate to your feed panel
Hold down the upvote button on post you want to upvote and it will pop up the slider menu
Set the Vote value to 4.4
click upvote
