App association links down #154

It is hindering the function of app links in our production mobile apps.

These links should provide association documents required by mobile OS to allow opening Ececny app for relevant urls

Other than that, I tried two other related endpoints as well, they also seem affected, public-nodes.json and healthcheck.json
