ffmpeg: bump to 6.0

Closes #127.

I had to fix up the patch file. No functionality was changed, it's just that the surrounding code was no longer recognizable since the content above where we were inserting our code has an #ifdef wrapped around it now.

I've tested and confirmed this works just fine with firefox.

Actually, maybe hold off on this for a bit, I dunno youtube runs fine but some videos on discord web interface aren't playing for me which is sus EDIT: and twitch, apparently. :L So maybe an update to firefox is needed to be grouped in with this + tested It seems like they're still resolving stuff: https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1819374 (closed, but slated for 112, which isn't a release yet afaict) https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1820416 (open)

Apparently they have a set release schedule: https://wiki.mozilla.org/Release_Management/Calendar based on this we should revisit this in mid April, until then I think closing this would be best to avoid cluttering things
