fix webkit for sbase and bump to 2.40.1 #134

this should fix the build for people who uses sbase (and probably others, if their ln implementation doesnt have the -n flag) instead of busybox (not sure how many people do actually use this though), and figured some might benefit from this aswell.

second is carbs linux just figured out how to bump to >2.40.0, and fix the gettext issue.

if you dont care about the sbase fix, Ill alter the pr so its only the version bump for webkit instead.
