Is there an equivalent of 'tlswg' organisation in IETF OPSEC working group? #38

Note that should IETF OPSEC working group agree for us to establish our work item into their working group at IETF 116, we could see if they have such an entity like the 'tlswg' GitHub entity for the IETF TLS working group.

The question was asked to the opsec working group.

OPSEC chair confirmed she will need to setup a github repo for OPSEC and put that action on her todo list
