RFC editors recommendations on metadata

• stand_alone: yes means that the references metadata will be inlined in the text
• smart_quotes: no MUST stay at no. no means that " stays ", if yes then " is replaced by curly quotes

• to mark someone as editor, it should be added:

  role: editor

Then an (ed) will be added to the person name both in header of I-D and in references
