[Request] Selectable spinner colours #2

Both of the Firefox eras covered by this theme had three colours for the spinner:

Like in Classic Theme Restorer/CSS Tweaks, it would be nice to have an option to override which spinner colour is used.

While we could add more configurable options, we want the theme to keep it simple with customization, unlike Classic Theme Restorer or CustomCSSForFx
