In #4 the Windows tests work while the Ubuntu and macOS tests fail. During the Ubuntu tests, the datapackage of the eclab_csv_cv the fields are all inferred as "strings" instead of "numbers". The difference between Windows and ubuntu is a difference in the frictionless version.
