Discussion: `figure_description.yaml` #8

The figure description describes the data in a plot, i.e., axis units, acquisition rate, type of measurement, a comment, etc

In principle, this section could also be used to describe raw data in the same way. The section could be created while the files are created by the software or from metadata extracted from the files created by the DAQ software.
