I am not sure if it is still OK to ask you help through this repository, very sorry if it is not.
I am currently setting up a auxiliary trigger for my 2p resonant scanner rig (this link explains what I am trying to setup: [https://docs.scanimage.org/Concepts/Triggers/Auxiliary%2BTrigger.html#auxiliary-trigger]).
My idea would be to send a TTL pulse through a NI BNC2090 terminal block that is connected to the bonsai computer to a the digitizer of the scanner (using the SCB19 connector block). The pulse would be synchronized with some visual stimulus presentation (I attached a print screen of the workflow I am using, please ignore how poorly optimized it is :-), for example every time the time is reset. Would you mind helping me with integrating the pulse to the workflow?
