[HACK] Simulation Census #7

Simulation Census

[Credit to Rachel for this idea] Using the project pitches and related discussion, create a census of (a) the set of simulations in use for IA method development or testing mitigation schemes (whether public or not), and (b) the set of methods under development for producing IA mocks.

Motivation: (a) can reveal an obvious gap in terms of volume/resolution/data product availability; (b) can motivate collaborative mock-making projects.

Per discussion just now, we could also make a census of the hydro sims currently in use or potentially useful for IA.
