Three root tags:

Tag: the subtags defined in the documentation
Section: the sections of the EPFL
Semester: the semesters (e.g. BA1)

Tasks:

[x] add event and section root tags in supabase
[x] adapt the tag viewmodel to have a different root tag and depth
[x] adapt the select tag popup composable
[x] adapt the discover composable
