BugFix: profile_creation_composable: deleting a tag deletes two tags from the UI #397

Bug fixing in create_profile_composable: Clicking on a tag used to not just delete the corresponding tag but also the neighbor tag from the composable whereas only the clicked tag was deleted from the tagList.
