#Setup Readme.md update necessary #1

@echo75 I'm going into the review with a beginners mind. I noticed the following about the readmes

The first one in the root folder hasn't been update and doesn't work like this
The Readme in the frontend folder is outdated as well
There's no Readme in the backend

We developers need to provide a proper How To for the next dev to able to start this out of the box.
