Instead of maintaining/integrating with Heroku's CLI.
As a first pass opt to:
[ ] add a Procfile (and any other config docs)
[ ] add docs/heroku-setup.md
[ ] If Heroku selected - Point the user to the generated markdown post-install. (docs/heroku-setup.md)
Note: this same pattern will be used for other deployment strategies such as Render, Railway, Vercel as to not make assumptions on deploy configurations.
