Conventions Walkthrough #271

This is a test usage of SWIMM docs in bison. Looking to add code snippets to our readme file that mentioned our conventions to provide examples. I think we would need to create the linkage to use the swm docs so these still work at the right level in the bison template when generated. TODO: after we determine if we move forward with this.
