Support for Firefox 46.0b2? #50

I'm currently on Firefox 46.0b2 and it seems like Echofon 2.6 is broken (no tweets in timeline, can't seem to add an account, etc.).

Fixed in #44 but not released yet! I'll close this when it's done!
