Strange colour palette config bug on A500 #2

On A500 (though not on A1200), the colour palette config section is broken - some colours can't always be clicked, some colours can't be adjusted with the sliders, behaviour is generally unpredictable.

I'll try vanilla PT 2.3E - 8bitbubsy's binary - and also try assembling from his source without any of my tweaks (maybe it's something to do with assembling on '030 with ASM-Pro), and if that works I'll have to figure out a) which of my tweaks has borked it and b) why the problem only manifests on A500.

I've tried without add44k by the way, and that made no difference. Will also try running it from full 1.3 Workbench on the A500.

Confirmed as a bug, now fixed in 8bitbubsy's source - along with a bunch of other bugs, so he's now released a v2.3F! Available as binary (in LHA) or source here. I'll update bootPT accordingly.
