Connect pin 6 to pin 7 of U2b. Connect pin 3 of U2a to pin 5 of U2b.
When using a v1.0 PCB, you can use a bent off-cut resistor leg from pin 3 of U2 to connect across to pin 5. A paper clip will also work. This can be done on the solder side of the PCB. Pin 6 and 7 are adjacent and can be jumpered with a blob of solder.
