updates to the SMD case STL files for better clipability

The case is still a WIP as it's not closing properly when printed. print (Could be printer settings related) Maybe @mnstrmnch could try a test print? (Also 3DprintUK does SLS printing and case would cost around £3.50 but need a £40 minimum order. They did the casing for TinyPi Pro and the quality is superb)
