In this version the file acoustic_basics.md is back in the summary, I changed a bit the introduction of the file about phantoms, I removed the challenges (according to a decision we took during yesterday's meeting), and I corrected the typos I found on new_IMGQ_metrics.md .

almost 😉 waiting for pimped schemes made by a graphic designer for your introduction

maybe a last "beta-testing" from someone to check the integrity of the information and correct typos
