Boost car not spawning #128

Description: I accepted a boost and drove to the location, but there was no car.

I guess it is entirely possible that someone just stole the car before me? But I am posting just in case.

Reproduction Steps: Clearly describe the steps to reproduce the bug.

  1. Accept boost
  2. Drive to boost location

Expected Behavior: Boost car to spawn at the location indicated

Actual Behavior: No boost car spawned at the location indicated

I cancelled the boost and picked another up, the location was the same and it happened again. I did this a third time but unlike the first two times, I exited the warehouse before clicking accept. The location was different and the car spawned. However, when I completed the boost, I got 3x the two stacks and two USB payouts, as if I did three boosts.
