C-Class Call and Tracker Issue

Description: Mostly see this with C-Class boosts but sometimes when a C-Class Boost pops off we receive 2 calls from the same C-Class and then 2 trackers from the same vehicle on the map.

Reproduction Steps: Clearly describe the steps to reproduce the bug.

1. Wait for someone to do a C-Class Boost.
2. Wait for the call to pop off.
3. Wait for the tracker to appear from both calls.

Expected Behavior: We should be receiving only 1 call from the same C-Class and 1 tracker.

Actual Behavior: We receive 2 calls from the same C-Class and 2 trackers due to there being 2 calls from the C-Class

I believe this happens when people exploit the boost. Lamb I know how to repro when u have time
