Removal of Break Boosting, Curb Boosting, and Wigggle Boosting. #185

Suggestion Description I suggest the removal of Break Boosting, Curb Boosting and Wiggle Boosting while driving.

Reason The 3 things listed above are ways to increase your speed while driving, despite the tune of the car. For example: The Sentinel Classic maxes out at a speed of about 145 on a flat road, however if there are bumps in the road i can get that car to a speed of about 215. That is ridiculous. When it comes to racing, a lot of people feel the need to do all 3 of these things listed above to get an edge over other racers (i can imagine this happens a lot in police chases as well). As of recently, a lot of people have been min-maxing these techniques in the racing scene, and i think it is VERY unhealthy that you can do this. This would benefit everyone who wants to play the game fair, rather than relying on some BS Rockstar bug to go faster than people who race / drive legitimately.

Additional context Break Boosting - Tapping the break while ur car is slightly lifted up over a bump. Increases ur speed about FIFTEEN MPH PER BOOST. Example Video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=AwsezpFOk7g&ab_channel=FriendlyBaron (skip to 00:50) Curb Boosting - Going over a curb, then coming back off gives you a boost of about 5 to 7 mph. But this can be done repeatedly to get even more speed. Example Video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3r33VIc5gI8&ab_channel=Allendude51 Wiggle Boosting - Only works on a few cars, but wiggling your car while driving builds momentum Example Video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-L2OiYJfims&t=104s&ab_channel=vanhasteloy (skip to 01:04)

These are just GTA mechanics and we are not going to go through the cars to do this

I'm not sure how we could 'remove' this, @QuonDot?
