Suggestion Description
Remove the wait time for transferring vehicles purchased from LA! It doesn't make much sense as LA cars are unlimited in stock and from my knowledge nobody buys them to flip, why would you buy something for more than what you can just go buy it for brand new at LA? ALSO the minimum purchase amount, why? Unless i completely missed something, car flipping was only an issue with out of stock imports.
Reason
Some people like to buy a car, use it for a lil and trade it in for another. This system stops that completely.

I'm writing this as a used car business owner, and it's seriously effected how everything runs making it very very difficult. It also makes it hard for others to buy cars from each other. The system is GREAT for imports, but i don't think it's needed for LA cars.
