A new job that requires heavy investment. Commercial fishing license and a trawler, aka commercial fishing boat. Not available to felons. Ability to go onto the ocean and trawl for greater amounts of fish.
Reason
I see this as a sort of career advancement on the standard fishing side job. But it could allow people to make a bit more cash while reducing the time grind. It also provides another group activity, where everyone on the boat is working together. Would provide more roleplay possibilities in general.
Additional context
I do realize a quicker ability to grind could be abusable, but I would think the people who put in the time and effort to obtain the license and boat would be less inclined to screw themselves over and lose it. Could also be time gated, such as hunting. Only allowable during daytime hours. Also susceptible to license checks and catch checks with hefty penalties.
