Suggestion DescriptionChange the rule currently worded as:
"The decision to permanently kill a character is a matter of OOC (out-of-character) agreement between the involved players. Once an agreement has been reached OOC, the participants may proceed with the planned scenario. This approach ensures that all players have the opportunity to contribute to the narrative and have agency over the outcomes of their characters."
To:
"Permas, or Permanent Deaths, carry significant weight within the roleplaying experience. By engaging in violent actions, participants acknowledge the potential for permanent character death. It is crucial to understand and accept the gravity of Permas, as they shape the narrative and storyline for all parties involved. Staff members reserve the right to review Permas, ensuring they align with the intended impact and contribute meaningfully to the immersive roleplaying environment. Any Permas deemed as "hate" Permas or believed to be used punish a character may be considered LQRP and punished as such."
... or something similar.
Reason
As discussed in https://discord.com/channels/561258884719968257/711255370450075718 - The decision to perma should be solely in the hands of the Roleplayer. Everyone should acknowledge that violence in roleplay may lead to a perma. The decision to perma affects all parties roleplay and should not be made solely to punish the aggressor
