Remove the minimum price for selling cars
Reason
I feel that regulating the minimum sale price of a car is going to hurt a lot more than it adds to overall keeping the economy clean. I tried to sell a Seminole Frontier which retails for $6500 and when I went to transfer it I was unable to sell it for less than $5850. I can guarantee that 2 months from now when no one is really driving the cheap starter cars and want to get rid of them no one will want to buy them at that price which will lead to people not being able to get rid of them in general and will just sit on their LSRS app being a money sink for asset fees rather than being driven.
In addition, This also means you cant really do car giveaways or give a cheap car for free car to a new player out of generosity. I think that Asset fees in addition to making it that you need to own an asset for a certain amount of time before selling it was enough, regulating a minimum price I feel is too much and will hurt new players and businesses who deal with second hand cars as they will have extremely slim margins to work with.
