Recently the target distance to give someone cash was decreased, making you have to nearly get up in someone's face to give them a tip
Reason
Have tried giving tips at restaurants, but I can't target the worker that is on the other side of the counter. Either I have no options or I get the option to open the counter. It's a little awkward to ask them to walk around to the opening in the counter to get close enough to them to give them a tip.
