Remove batteries from meth production and replace with another/new item. Maybe add a new item, something like Toluene, to include in meth production. Toluene comes from brake fluid, so maybe a syphoning kit or something could be made and you could go around and syphon brake fluid from local cars.
Reason
Batteries are hard to come by and have a high demand on the server since other recipes also use them. It's not woth to get batteries solely for meth production at the moment.
