(Very slight) "Internals" system for human bodies similar to cars?

Suggestion Description "Internals" system for humans bodies similar to cars that would require a doctor to remove (very slight) negative effects and/or even grant temporary buffs i.e. healthbar, stamina, movement speed

Reason

1. I think there is a server culture for some people that leans towards NVL too much. When cars get abused over and over, there's a consequence requiring internal repairs.

2. Promotes medical RP that isn't just "patch me up and get me out".

Additional context

• Medical RP should be optional and never forced. However, It could definitely be encouraged.
• Any negative effects shouldn't be too cumbersome. I'd imagine it'd quickly get annoying for people if too impactful.
• Scale it so maybe the average active citizen is encouraged to see a doctor once every 1-2 months?
• Discourage shitters who have a history of no regard for their characters' wellbeing.

Im actually pretty sure we already have something like this. We have separate injuries listed for EMS iirc. If someone from EMS can confirm because I actually dont know if its implemented
