ATM hacking device NPC not accepting rolls of cash/combined rolls + loose notes payment #424

Description: ATM hacking device craft not accepting the rolls of cash or combined rolls + loose notes payment. No errors in F8.

Reproduction Steps:

  1. Go to the NPC that crafts the ATM hacking device
  2. Try to craft an ATM hacking device using the rolls of cash or the combined rolls + loose notes payment
  3. Nothing happens
  4. Try clicking craft again, you get a notification saying you're on a crafting cooldown
  5. Paying with just loose notes works just fine.

Expected Behavior: Have it craft the ATM hacking device for you.

Actual Behavior: Nothing happening besides being put on a crafting cooldown.
