ATM Payout Increase #428

ATM Payout should be increased to match store robberies payout.

Reason The reason why I believe this should change is because doing a store robbery takes about 20 seconds pointing a gun at the clerk. Collect the money and run out. There is 0 risk for doing this. However, for ATMs you would have to purchase the device from the guy for absurd amount (paid 4 rolls and 20 loose notes). Now you go to hack ATMs a very skilled hacker takes about 1-2 mins to do. In this position you are stuck in the phone and unable to defend yourself if a cop comes. You do have something on you that makes it suspicious and the one hacking the atm. We should be rewarding the hackers on solving it not killing them. If you are going to increase the payouts in city only then you should be doing that to grocery stores as well. In which I highly discourage tbh,

I enjoy doing ATM hacks and am one of the few hackers who completes the hack at an absurdly quick amount, fastest was 45 seconds. But 1-2 mins is the average.

Now, the ATM payout should be slightly increased. This is ooc info: You can put the phone away, hop on your car, move away and proceed to hack, but that will eat through your hacking time and increase the chances of cops showing up before you complete the hack. You can also do this as a passenger, so a friend can assist being the driver. The reason this differs drastically from store robberies is that your hacking device is linked to your phone number, and if it's obtained by the cops it's easy to eventually ID the person and issue an arrest warrant. So, comparing to the lack of evidence from a store robbery and the skill required to execute the hack successfully, an increase should be useful.
