1. Pick vehicle from shared garage
2. Wrong vehicle spawns and others cannot see it
3. Someone kicks the vehicles and they all eventually turn into the correct vehicle

Expected Behavior: Vehicle picked from garage should spawn

Actual Behavior: Multiple different vehicles spawned that others couldn't see then eventually all turned into the vehicle that was supposed to spawn
