Local Spawned in my car after taking it out from the garage? #442

Took my car from the garage was going through my duffle bags and then 2 locals spawned in my car and attempted to drive off

Reproduction Steps: Clearly describe the steps to reproduce the bug.

  1. Take car out
  2. Look through trunk
  3. See locals attempting to drive off

Expected Behavior: Expected to be able to look through my trunk and then put my car away

Actual Behavior: Whilst looking through my trunk 2 locals spawned inside my car and tried driving off...
