Mavenize #27

Adds a pom so others can compile this project using maven.

Uses existing directory structure so you don't have to change anything.

Hello RoboMWM

I just noticed your mavenize effort. I have been meaning to do that one of these days, but never found the time.

I am planning to release a 1.13.2 happy update before going back to work after the new year and would like to make sure your efforts are incorporated. I know you did this a while back, do you think it is stable with my latest changes?

Also, what is your opinion of jyhsu2000's effort? It seems they have incorporated some of my latest work and went a little farther in a few places. It is a lot of changes (some of them are very noisy) and I am not sure if it will take me longer to figure out the merge or just finish what I have started. Your thoughts?
