[x] upgrade from create-react-app to vite
[x] provision vite spin-up configurations
[x] restructure project directories
[x] refactor login page to minimalist and distraction free design
[x] upgrade JS files to JSX
[x] add authentication context
[x] uninstall axios package and use javascript's native fetch function
[x] update footer
[x] update page title
[x] create custom react hook to handle local storage
[x] remove unnecessary images
[x] close #4
