Add Export feature to Car Table and pdf Export on Track Table missing #119

Add Export Button to Car Table with csv and/ or pdf export. The Export Button of the Track Table only exports to csv -> add pdf dependant from config.js setting

Missing Export for Track Table fixed and Export for Car Table added.
