Multiple problems after Upgrading jqgrid to 5.3.2 #127

  1. buttons and texts are misalligned in height in the table headers
  2. row selection not working anymore
  3. the background color of the top 3 is not changed anymore
  4. the tables are now in front of the recording window
  5. the filtertoolbar is to high now

Points 2 and 3 happening in the afterInsertRow event of the drivertable grid. The event ist still fired and the logics to detect the changes still seem to work. But the set commands, which should change the jqgrid are not happening.
