Add slider for refpoint fiddling #149

It will be easier to tune a refpoint with additional sliders instead of changing the numbers all the time, press enter, change again and so on.

One problem: If you click on another track in the track table the slider positions are not reset. I don't want to add a general reset on every map switch, because this feature is only for devs. Maybe a slider reset button in the refpoint fiddling window can do the job.
