Show Liveries in pcars2 only #150

We have the livery images for pcars2 only. Further the livery ID is only available in DS API. For CREST2 mode (pcars2) we use the white custom livery for a car.

In result we need it in game mode PCARS2 only.

ToDo:

disable the livery view on clicking in the driver table
disable the "Spotter Guide" button
maybe disable it in car table for Game Scope AMS2 and PCARS1
