Don't show middle track line on fictional tracks #152

2 ideas:

  1. remove the middle line in the trackmap
  2. change code to prevent the activation of the middle line

Examples:

Middle lines in the trackmaps of Kyalami Historic 1976 and Jacarepaguá Historic 1988 removed.
