PCARSdriver: Add VehicleName as optional value #83

Put convertetd VehicleName into a separate PCARSdriver.vehicleName value. if available in CREST or DS Mode.

Close this issue because of a workaround from #82 . Within VehicleID the ID or Name could be stored.
