Support for the new NavigationMenu, Select, and Toast components #6

Particularly, I believe the new variables to enable advanced animation (e.g. NavigationMenu Advanced Animation, --radix-navigation-menu-viewport-[width|height]) may need to be explicitly supported.

An example/demo much like the great demos already here, would also be great.

An updated version of the plugin is now available in the develop branch. Didn't have the time to get to make demo components, but I want to finish them prior to release just in case I've missed something.
