controller: Accommodate logging to the multi-switch setup #20

Logging has been designed with a single switch in mind and it is confusing or not comprehensive sometimes. Until the whole project becomes flow-centric (from currently being switch-centric), logging needs to be adjusted to reflect the switches about which it logs.
