The STP switch packaged with Ryu is really poorly implemented. This patch tries to use it fixing some if its gravest problems, but these are the absolute must. The base STP switch and the library would need a refactor.

This turns out to be really expensive due to the poorness of the packaged Ryu applications. More expensive than what I can include now.
