When visiting said link, and navigating to IncomeTaxesNarrativeDetails, under definitions, the resulting items are missing or wrong.

OperatingLossCarryforwardsLineItems should have a child, OperatingLossCarryforwards. TaxCreditCarryforwardLineItems has the wrong child (OperatingLossCarryforwards), should be TaxCreditCarryforwardAmount
