Convert project into maven project: #31

add maven pom file (use group eclab for now)
set jdk level to 13 for now (used by current Intellij)
add coremidijava4j as a dependency
restructure source code and other resources according to maven standards
added maven shade plugin to generate fat jar to be distributed as a rapacement for the current process
Makefile has to be modified to make use of the generated jar under the target folder - cannot test creating dmg due to working on Windows

Hi, I stumbled across your project while looking out for some editor for my old Kawai K1. Great work so far. As I am a professional Java developer here in Hamburg I just wanted to turn this into a standard Maven project. Even if the project structure looks now completely different nothing changed so far except for the restructuring. If you do not want to maintain it this way just let me know.

I appreciate the effort and thought behind this, and the reasons for it. I really do. However Maven isn't part of my workflow: I am much more primitive than this. Switching to Maven will hinder me greatly as a developer. You can maintain a fork if you wish of course but for now Edisyn's build system needs to remain as it is.
