Added support for optional personal user pictures (path can be set no the settings page).

The new lines at the end of all the other files should probably be removed as well. Although they shouldn't break anything, there is no point in sending an extra character to the clients if we don't need it :wink:.

From a quick look the rest look fine, testing now.
