php7 not supported #180

Ubuntu 16.04 now requires php7. Unfortunately plexWatchWeb is requiring php5, which cannot be installed on Ubuntu 16.04 anymore.

Nevermind -- it actually does work with php7 -- but my install was borked for some reason. Apologies.
